The IM scene is abuzz with IMing, and Patrick has written a
synopsis of last week's game versus Coulter. Read and be informed! Also, I've received new pictures from one Molly (A.) and will be putting them in the picture page soonish. Oh, and one last thing: it seems that because of a bug in Internet Explorer (for PC), the links on the left side of the page may not display properly. If this problem occurs, try minimizing and maximizing the window, and it will be fine until you put your mouse over. Use
Mozilla if you are concerned about full CSS2 compliance.

The House Minutes from the first Meeting have been

Well, the first real House meeting, with all the returning students back, occurred yesterday. There, the House ratified the
new Constitution and elected a
new House Council. Afterwards, all ate scrumptious cookies and apples and such.
Hopefully, this year's House will be active, lively, and involved, and so the House Council will become central to everything here. Or maybe not - it depends on how people react. But a new Constitution and new threads of life in the Council are definitely good starting points for creating a solid government.
Our Secretary is preparing the minutes, and once I obtain them, I'll post them to the site. And don't forget to contact Bernadette, the IM representative, if you're interested in playing flag football or volleyball!

A proud Michelson House tradition continues with our page continuing to be one of a small number of house pages that a) exist, b) are not dead, and c) have been updated in the six months. Our brethren and sisteren in this accomplishment (at the moment) are the lovely folks at
Shorey House. Kudos!
A few new tidbits of information have now been put up onto the page. First, we have an updated
people page that has a simple list of current Michelsonians. Second, thanks to the
Wayback Machine, old Michelsonian minutes and such have been unearthed.

In the coming weeks, elections for the
house council shall take place, and perhaps a new constitution shall be voted upon, the
history shall be published, or more information may come to the people page. This all depends on whether I feel very lazy.
Anyway, welcome to all the first years, and let's have a great year!
